They are in Texas, that's for sure.

I got stopped last year for traveling in the left lane and not passing. I was well over the speed limit (as was everyone). The cop reamed me a new one, screaming at one point.

Didn't issue a ticket...figured his wife pissed him off about something and he just needed to harass a motorist. I had my old car out because of the weather forecast of hail...he probably figured I was poor or black. Then really got pissed that I was white and educated.
