We'll see. Looks like he got cut loose in 2017.....remind me who was president then since you seem to think that anything that happens in the United States is the fault of the POTUS at that time.

You mean he was deported in 2017 AND 2020
Who was president then?
Here you, you tell me
quote:
He was released into ICE custody in 2017 and subsequently deported to Guatemala, but re-entered the U.S. again at an unknown time and date. He was then arrested again for a probation violation and deported again in 2020, only to re-enter again.

Jeff, you trying to blame democrats for the crimes of a rapist is bullshit. Roll with it, I guess, if it makes you feel good.

jeffeossoNah, man. The dems involved declare their involvement. I couldn't conceive of leading people to not work with the federales on federal prerogative
I noticed you didnt actually answer my question.
Was he so eager to return to his $10 an hours "job"?

crbutlerThe Dems are not to blame for the fact that he is a rapist and are not at fault for the rape... But they are at fault for not enforcing the immigration rules that were obviously on the books to stop this turd from repeatedly coming in after being deported multiple times because "no borders" appeals to part of their constituency.
That the dems are not wanting to enforce the law because they don't like removal of aliens is entirely their fault.
They had both houses of congress under both Biden and Obama at times and never addressed it. Trump is showing that the law allows much more aggressive immigration enforcement than the democrats were willing to do. They did nothing about all the "sanctuary" crap.
They did not enforce the law.
That the GOP isn't fixing things legislatively is also a truth, but at least they are trying to enforce it.
I think most all here agree that the law needs to be fixed. We should have some sort of migrant worker visa that allows people who want to work here and we want them to work here to come in.
With modern technology, its shouldn't be hard to verify these folks, and monitor them, and make sure that they (and their employers) are dealing with the costs of them coming here and that they are not getting lost in the system.
The GOP is RULED by a RAPIST

The states (cities and counties are public subdivisions of states) are under no obligation to house a federal detainee. If the Feds wanted him. They should he d came snd got him, and housed him a Fed facility.
Feds do not honor state detainees either. You come get them w proper paperwork or they walk.
Jails are not fed immigration detention facilities unless they are contracted as such. It is called Federalism.
The Feds should have come got him on their warrant instead of leaving him in the local jail at local tax payer dome with state prisoners needing beds.
I am all for spending the money to build fed detention centers to house illegals who do not receive release from the Fed courts or Fed ALJs.
Now, if the political entity that governs the jail wants to contract w the Feds to provide this service, I’m all for it.
