Trump can't send anyone to jail. There is a process, that would clear up any issues if both sides would let it happen.

The Orange Man-Baby has been publicly threatening "retribution" for people doing their Duty, whether it's Dr. Fauci or Capitol Police or Representatives, anybody who failed to fellate him or in any way tried to hold him accountable for his actions.
