School administrators were not infringing on a student’s constitutional rights when they ordered him to remove a shirt that said “there are only two genders,” a district judge ruled on June 17. Massachusetts middle-schooler Liam Morrison’s lawyers said the order violated his First Amendment rights to free speech and his Fourteenth Amendment rights to due process, but U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani said the violations have not been proven. The school “permissibly concluded that the Shirt invades the rights of others,” Talwani, an Obama appointee, said. Lil mentally challenged leftists need protection!!!!

Would you have EVER believed that we as a nation would be where we are? It's bizarre that people are so stupid that they truly believe there are more than two genders and on top of that, you can't wear a shirt saying it....

His speech was not protected because he was a student and the school has broad power to supervise students. This was decided in a Supreme Court case, "Bong Hits for Jesus," which arose from a student who wore the offending t-shirt. I forget the real name of the case.
