Tarantulas are pretty tame. Used to catch them when I was a kid. They hardly ever bite. Sorry to hear they are endangered. But I never see them in the big city.

Glad to hear they are still around. In the 60, 70, and 80’s saw them almost daily. Through 90s began to decline and now I can’t remember the last I have seen — kind of like horned-toad lizards.

T creature I do miss, but not a SW species are Whipper Wills.
