Biden Administration's new Title IX rules cannot be enforced

For keeping males out of female locker rooms and sports. A big win!

J. Lane Easter, DVM

A born Texan has instilled in his system a mind-set of no retreat or no surrender. I wish everyone the world over had the dominating spirit that motivates Texans.– Billy Clayton, Speaker of the Texas House

No state commands such fierce pride and loyalty. Lesser mortals are pitied for their misfortune in not being born in Texas.— Queen Elizabeth II on her visit to Texas in May, 1991.

You guys realize this was not a resolution.

The Court refused to intervene before the cases are resolved below in the Fed Circuits.

Like they refused to intervene early in Trump’s immunity issue.

This is far from over. I have no idea how it will resolve.

If the Court follows Bostock v. Clayton County, a 2020 case, you are not going to like the outcome.

All the Court did was not grant a temporary injunction while the 5th and 6th Circuits have the csse.

The last time the 6th Circuit had a trans, school case, they ruled in favored of the trans student.

While you enjoy seeing men and boys allowed into women's spaces I do not. It would be pretty simple to create their own facilities and categories for sporting events. Forcing things as they are hurt females. This is fundamentally wrong and quite sickening.

You mean like this? Forcing women to endure a life altering denial of medical care in order to force someone else's religion upon them?

This is harming women Ann. Sickening is not strong enough of a term.

I have not looked at your link but tell me where I said anyone should be forced to endure an unwanted pregnancy via rape, incest or for a medical condition? Not the same apple I am talking about. Take your pathetic oranges and go home. Oh, and stay out of women's locker rooms.
