I've got a customer kinda like you from Howmet. He's a deranged turd and expected me to put a hand wash station at my facility when the big bad scary flu hit and couldn't believe my people didn't wear masks. I told him if he was uncomfortable will calling his equipment, then we could ship it for him for a minor cost. The rage in his eyes was HILARIOUS!!!

I then raised prices on him about a year ago and he somewhat lost his mind and ask what was the justification? I simply typed back......................Biden's America.

He still sends the work because we're damn good and he knows I could get his dumb ass fired if he goes to battle with me!!!
