With all the nasty weather you lot get, why don’t you built proper houses?

. . . not being part of the royal family, many folks here do not have access to the country's treasury like some in other countries. You will find that many of them do not have underground shooting ranges, menageries of wild animals, etc. Some are just struggling to have a place to live and pay their bills.

We use timber because we have timber! A properly constructed wood house will withstand a lot. If we did not have timber, we would use something else. Regards Bill.

There is absolutely no comparison!

Bloody hell, even on YouTube people falling down in their corridors make holes in walls!

They are built so if they get hit by major forces like hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes , they will hurt you the least as timber will brace and not bury you and crush you as easily as stone, brick and concrete will
Just look at those major forces in countries that get hit by them…it’s a killing zones, huge devastation and takes lot longer to clean up
