A) President Biden was never nominated. That only occurs at the convention.
B) RFK Jr running as a third party got on the ballot by a completely different process.
C) Until, nominated at the convention, President Biden was mot on a state ballot for president. Since he withdrew from the DNC nomination, he never will be nor was.

OK…let’s say all of that is true.

Question: Should states be allowed to keep RFKjr on the ballot strictly for political purposes since he has dropped out, has 0% chance of winning, didn’t go through a primary vote, has asked to be removed, and gone through proper avenues for removal?

What would republicans do? For strictly political purposes, of course? Wink

A) It is true.
B) Yes, I cannot and you cannot vote a case or statute that dictates a different result.

You want the states to be sovereign only when the s ton of the state agrees w you.

I see no constitutional violation. Nor can I find one to cite as a potential remedy.

So that is the liberal way of saying Yes, I am fine with election manipulation as long as it suits me. Got it!

It's fascinating to watch you drift more and more into the election fraud mindset that trump always talks about. I guess your getting ready to start beating that drum if Harris hands trump his ass in November.

It fascinates me that non-scientific/non-mathematical types can look at the statistics from the 2020 cycle and not raise eyebrows.

But I have gotten used to that in expert witness work.

Ah, yes....your vaunted expert witness credentials. Surely, your expertise in legal matters allowed you to properly evaluate the 62 lawsuits that were filed alleging fraud and then dismissed when there was no evidence to support the allegations?

It is the way of saying when the law is followed, there is no foul to complain about.

Rule of Law you know.

You did not refute anything I wrote.

No…I just clarified that you wrote a justification for an opinion you are ashamed to admit to.

I missed your response, Lane.

All those judges got it wrong? Their "eyebrows weren't raised?"

Every single one of those lawsuits were dismissed because there was nothing to support the allegations.

No evidence. No facts. Nothing. Nobody's eyebrows were raised. Except yours.

And, not that I would expect you to know it but federal judges view dismissal motions with disdain. If there is anything to support the allegations, they let it alone and it goes through the process. Here, there was nothing.

All Federal Judges are created equal Mike. Location matters a lot. (See Justice Jackson’s interview on immunity ruling.)

It takes time, not afforded for this agenda, to prepare for litigation of this magnitude.

The election laws of COVID made the environment ripe for ballot harvesting — all completely legal.

Numbers aren’t biased. The statistics say everyone should take the 2020 election with a grain of salt.

And all those Fed judges across the nation and at least one State Supreme Court tossed Trump on his ear for not even making, asserting a claim of fraud.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled election procedures satisfied their state’s constitution. However, you know more than they do about the Pennsylvania State Constitution.
