No, he's not. A Constitutionalist recognizes the Supreme Court as the final arbiter of Constitutionality. Dershowitz says on your video that he doesn't care if the verdict is upheld on appeal--it won't affect his opinion.

In other words, the man thinks his opinion is higher than the Court's. Which only shows how arrogant he is.

Was strong enough for a grand jury and a trial jury, those are the primary measuring sticks, not hyper-partisans on a random website.

All these things are true. But, it was a good venue.

FWIW, I expect a reversal of the conviction based on the statute of limitations argument.

Has nothing to do with the merits on the claim. Just waited too long to bring it.
