Good news he has been apprehended.
Now if our "justice system" rewards him appropriately for the crimes he has allegedly committed there should be a quick and swift end to this judgment.
It is not making our tax payer keep him incarcerated on our dime forever.
Morons will likely deport him again so he can return again and again.
Are there ever any lessons learned?
Well: At least he will be tried in Texas and not California or NY with a slap on the hand.

Ironic that the families from Central America immigrated (Legal or illegal) here to escape gangs and crime only to find it here.
Does not appear there are any borders on violence.

Noted this morning that the perp will be charged with capital murder which does potentially carry a death sentence.
Not certain why this was just mentioned or determined. Made it sound like a new development.

For all the legal folks on this forum?
What would this person would have been charged for prior to this mention?

I disagree with that. Shooting is too fast and humane. Town square short drop hanging and let the carcass hang for a week or so just to send an extra message.
