As I recall, twice years ago I had a close encounter with California celebrity types. The situation was a movie set location where I was working, for a segment of a movie. I'm talking mostly about the crew, props, etc. They weren't buddying up to me, but some of my friends were attracted/attractive to them. I was just collateral, an interested bystander. IMO they all were some of the weirdest people on the planet. They definitely didn't think like anyone I was familiar with. Every time I see something about Trump and his orbit reminds me of those weirdos. Trump is nothing but a pretend reality show actor, crossing in and out of reality like a hall of magic mirrors. His selection of those he trusts and, in his orbit, reflects the magic mirror worldview he lives in. Just like Reagan, his acting skills and celebrity status got him elected. But unlike Reagan, Trump is in way over his head and his weird incompetence is shown daily. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but the fact that a previously close family (if nothing else, how he and William got along) shows his wife is the dysfunctional there. He abandoned a national he served and was willing to die for because she felt disrespected… she also changed a guy who loved to hunt and shoot, spent lots of time outdoors, and was intensively patriotic into someone who is a poster child for being a beta male who attacks everything he stood for prior to their relationship.
