Yup, that sentencing hearing is not going to be pretty. He had a 14 year rec from the US ADA. That's probably going to 25 now, at least.

The way they've been almost universally departing downward he was probably looking at 8, and he might have been Camp eligible where he could stack some Good Time, maybe be out in 7 or so. Now, with what counts as an "escape" on his record he'll never be eligible for a Camp and almost certainly just moved up from a Low to a Medium or USP regardless of what the Judge does, Grand Prairie will handle all that.
