Scandal in NZ Right wing party
The ACT Party is the Far right party in NZ.

Now a big scandal.

The former president has been convicted of sexual predation on boys.

The present president knew about it but did nothing.

Will David Seymour now step down?

He has been leading a hateful, divisive effort to marginalized Maori and reestablish white supremacy.

Read the course of events listed. Seymour was contacted with an allegation, Straight away organised a lawyer for the complainants and took the allegation seriously, then was advised they were going to go too the police. the guy is officially out of the party within a week of his arrest.

As too the second series of allegations,
You conveniently forgot to mention too an audience that would not know, that Seymour is of Maori decent himself, and so are many in his party.
This is about a treaty with Maori. Its interpretation has changed much over the last decades, and Like NZ first ( Another political party, which at one stage held all of the Maori seats in parliament), and its Maori leader and deputy. Among others. They share a belief that the treaty is good, but that the principles developedped to interpret it over the last 40 odd years are misleading or unnecessary. And that its those that are creating conflict.

Even the ex leader of the main left wing party, and former treaty negotiations minister Andrew little thinks the discussion is important.

What also makes me roll my eyes, is that while Naki like to blame whites for colonisation and racism towards Maori, he conveniently forgets to mention that his very alias, and indeed the place he lives, is all land confiscated from Maori. In that regard He directly benefits from their loss.

Māoris sound like Indians in states, all about money and hate of white man but I could be just mistaken and biased
But of course I have never been in NZ and never will…too much good hunting here and no high fences and steroidal stags
All the kiwis I have met were absolutely awesome guys though

Never been lost, just confused here and there for month or two

Hah! That was great.

Correct me, but the Māori only settled New Zealand in the late-early 1200s.

I know nothing of the policies, politics of Euro—Māori interactions. I will leave it at that.

Are there still moose in New Zealand or did that population fail?

It needs saying. A genuine Kiwi hunter who hunts often and puts in a decent effort will get maybe a handful of classic, monarch of the glen style heads in thier lifetime. If.... Big IFthey are hunting a great area. me for example had no great areas within 4 hours drive and have managed one. We are taking a 12 too 16 point stag with length and spread approaching 35-40 inches. Those 20 plus point things do not resemble anything natural or desirable.

Yep, pretty much anyone of 4 generation or more came here by wind powered boat.

Its reasonable from there evidence to believe that moose survived in NZ until the 2000's. But the longer we go now without fresh sign, the more it's likely they are extinct. Its a tough rough, massive environment not particularly suited too moose. but they were surviving likely shot out by fishermen and put under pressure by expanding red deer herds.

That’s pretty much like red deer size in Europe

Yep, same blood lines. So reasonable to expect similar results given a good environment.

A good stag of 10 or more points in the roar, in our heavy forest environment where you might not see him too shoot until he's less than 20 yards away is really something, and its a shame that more international hunters don't get that chance, as it is a rush.

For anyone interested, a 25 minute explanation that is incredibly good and clear.

If you watch it you will start to wonder at Nakis claim of racism.
