I heard that 'the turtle' has had another event while speaking.

So many of our elected and un-elected 'officials' are seriously struggling and need to step down. I don't watch the creepy pedo Joe 0biden coverage very often but he seems to decline by the week now. He cannot even speak clearly anymore.

I must assume these people want to keep hold of their positions for one or two reasons. Money, number one and power for number two. Quite a few have become millionaires on govt salaries so my assumption is they do what 0biden has been doing all along with the influence peddling by using a third party (in his case, Hunter).

I am also perplexed at voter's inability to change their votes to freshen the pool as well.

Biden must be the greatest criminal mastermind the world has ever known, does all this criming without leaving a single piece of evidence where Republicans can find it.

Maybe if Trump had taken lessons from Biden he wouldn't have 91 indictments, so far, although I expect that number will go up when his co-conspirators in the House, and a few in the Senate, get indicted with him, plus Arizona may decide to prosecute THEIR fake electors and may name him a co-conspirator. And his PACs are likely under investigation for Fraud, like Trump University was.

As for term limits we've always had them, the American People just keep voting these old crooks in instead of replacing them with new crooks.

Yes, it is amusing to see the trumptards claim Joe is too old while also claiming he runs a multi-million dollar criminal empire. Utterly absurd. Ginning up the impeachment machine so they need some lies that the republicans will buy without regard to facts, etc.

Mitch is circling the drain. He is not well.

Not only do we need term limits, we need age limits. I’m not sure who is more mentally or physically incompetent, Feinstein or Mitchell. With Biden and Trump not far behind.. 2020

Mitch is looking almost as bad as Feinstein. For his own sake, he should retire.

I have no objection to term limits and mandatory retirement ages for the Federal Courts. To make such hopes reality would take a Constitutional Amendment or two. I just do not see that happening.

Feinstein would resign tomorrow if Republicans would allow a replacement on the Judiciary Committee.

They are holding her hostage.

I heartily agree that Feinstein and Grassley and McConnell and others are well past their "Best By" dates, BUT...

I firmly believe that what the American People CAN do without government intervention being imposed on them they should be left free to do, or not. It's their choice.

I would have thought that was sort of conservative...

Not seeking reform of Congress and Judge terms would be a Conservative position.

Those of us who advocate for this Constitutional Change are implying a problem with the “system.” A problem I do not believe the Founders could foresee, in part, bc folks did not use to live so long back in the late 18th Century.

Judges, not being subject to regular election, are a different kettle of fish. I have no objection to a mandatory retirement age for them.
