That's what Make America Great Again means. It's a euphemism for single party rule, under a charismatic dictator, characterized by threats, terror and economic control.

Once in power, they alter the existing constitution to ensure their opponents can never return to power, ignoring the will of the people.

The playbook requires a move to gain control of the institutions of government, abolishing congress and the supreme court in some cases. They increase the powers of the president. They rely on rhetoric instead of policies.

In other words everything Trump and his fascist traitors tried to do, and continue to push for.
