Texas school district restricts use of cell phones Login/Join

I think this is an excellent idea. Hard for me to believe that it hasn't already been done everywhere. You can't tell me that the kids don't spend half their time on their phones while in class.

The most dangerous thing you can give is a kid a cell phone with a camera and internet on it.

Our govt removed phones from schools earlier this year. All ready principles are reporting greater socialisation amongst students.

Being the "old school" type I fully agree but the long-awaited move goes against the principles of our modern woke system.

And ... while still a student and until the kid grows up and starts providing for itself, no piercings and similar "fashionable" deportment like that but parents and learning institutions today are what they are.

Enough said.
