These look like market age livestock. I assume the destination wants them live to slaughter them by their 'traditional' methods? Live transport for market age livestock makes no sense otherwise. Cheaper to cut, package and freeze then ship.

Some of us would argue Cruise ships are just to transport and entertain two legged sheep. Big Grin

And packed like 4 legged sheep too!

I wouldn't set foot in a cruise ship if you paid me!

Just saw a report of 8,000 passengers, and probably over 3,000 crew on one of them!

I would rather live in a pack of hyenas!

I am fascinated by this as I assume they come directly to be slaughtered. Religious observance?

Some are slaughtered, others are added to farms.

We do eat a lot of meat here.

We have very few cabbage heads who eat only grass, like sheep themselves!

I think that is one reason we have a bit more common sense amongst us! clap

Apparently your people don't have enough common sense to be allowed to have a say in governing.

We leave governing to those who are capable of doing it right.

Unlike you lot who seem to be so bloody stupid who you pick!

Carry on.

We are having a bit of a laugh at your form of “democracy!”

Very sad to see who rules you.

You can vote only for those who choose to run and write-ins probably aren't going to get it done. Who would want every facet of their life made public under an electron microscope? So that's why our choices are pig shit or dog shit.

I maintain that the Gulf States need to overturn their regulation or whatever it is, on growing feed for livestock.

Saudi and UAE are buying up Arizona farms and farmland and siphoning off our precious ground water so you can grow livestock feed in our country.

One other negative, I sold my industrial supply business (hydraulics) a couple years ago. Before these farms were bought by Saudi/UAE, I could roll up in my pick-up, do my business and leave without drama.

Now, they are gated like a fortress and very unfriendly to local suppliers. They have purchasing offices in buildings, far removed from the farms.
