There will be a lot more redacted from the Epstein files, nothing incriminating in the JFK investigation would have been left around this long.

As far as I’m concerned, they should release all the JFK/RFK/King information.

If I trusted the folks involved I might believe that keeping the Epstein list sealed has some value- the guy was a social climber and I could buy some folks were in his book who never were there and getting their name out in this defames them- with no recourse and possibly some danger.

The argument that it needs to be private to protect prosecution is BS. If they were going to prosecute, there would be charges by now.

Thus I don’t trust the folks trying to keep it hidden.

You are making assumptions here that are not in the quote.

I’m sure Trump is in Epstein’s list. That he isn’t releasing it is part of why I don’t trust the folks making the decisions to not release it.

You seem to think I’m defending Trump here. I’m not. Sometimes I see individual issues I don’t agree with the criticism of him on, and others I do.

The whole spat with Canada? With the exception of Chinese steel being brought by Canada and then sold to the US, I agree with you that his comments and trade war are stupid.

As to the egg thing- if the US is willing to pay higher prices for your eggs, why would you not want to sell them?

Admittedly, I doubt it will be a long term deal as our agribusiness is generally pretty efficient and historically our egg prices are lower, but still.
