Here are the facts that the Faction cannot get around; President Biden’s team has reported and surrendered documents. President Trump refused to return documents, answered falsely on a Subpoena, and left the AG no alternative to obtain the docs then a search warrant. President Biden’s handling may violate the Fed Act that still requires gross negligence. Special Counsel’s decision will be guided by the law. Of course, the Faction does not care. They will scream the process cannot be trusted bc it conforms to the bare Govt is evil blah, blah, blah. President Trump refused to surrender the docs, he then did not seek a protective order against the subpoena, he did not respond at least with due diligence to the subpoena, what was the AG supposed to do with out secrets docs at a glorified golf course of a person with no special privilege (Court’s words) to keep them. Ask, “Pretty Please.” If President Biden had done the same. My response would be the same use the Search Warrant. | |||

The simple explanation is PROBABLY that when staff was packing his documents for departure from office that they didn't examine each and every one. So the stuff got packed up and eventually ended up at the Penn biden Center where it sat unmolested for nearly 6 years. He didn't know that the docs were there and neither did anyone else. Hardly a precedent for precedence IMO. The facts as we know them don't seem to support anything more complicated than that. He had ample time to turn them over. There's NO WAY that they were his, classified or not. Didn't that dufus actually show a classified document to a high ranking Russian official? President Biden’s mishandling is being treated as serious by the pews, both Parties in Congress, and by the Department of Justice as shown by the appointment of the Special Counsel. If President Biden’s conduct defies the Federal Act, he should and would be subject to first scrutiny by Congress (Impeachment) and second criminal (prosecution). The case law and facts of this case will dictate the Special Counsel’s decision. If President Obama had kept records he was not entitled to, the National Archives would have got him busted just like the NA got Gen. Petreaus, President Trump, And now President Biden.
