I disagree. Military law is always very different than civil law. While I agree that the military hasn’t done well regarding sex crimes in the service, the answer isn’t the civilian legal system. Intersecting the two isn’t going to have a good outcome. | |||

The chain of command has been use to protect violent sex criminals. Military Lawyers are trained through civilian law schools. This is good policy and a good day. They will still be prosecuted through the Military Cods of Justice through JAG courts. Your objection of a civilian process is without merit. They are simply freed from direct command interference. Interference you admit has happened. | |||
