The process in the House was merely the indictment. The trial was supposed to take place in the Senate.

Was Biden supposed to spill his guts preventing impeachment in the first place? Even if he had done that trump would have likely wanted more dirt. Hint: You (and the nation) can’t. The Democrats intentionally suppressed and destroyed it.

Second hint: Due process demands accountability for the accuser (records for review) and a predictable and adversarial set of procedures as a crucible to determine the truth. When the House Democrats destroyed records and denied Republicans the right to meaningfully participate, they destroyed due process.

House Democrats truly failed in their duties, all apparently due to TDS. Because of their mindless obsessions they very likely have made Trump #47.

It just wasn’t necessary.

Try this: Most of the folks that Beria and Stalin had executed probably were really bad people and deserved punishment. But do we remember their crimes or do we remember the methods used to arrive at the ends sought. In other words, the PROCESS of reaching a result (even an obviously needed one) is dang near or of equal importance to the seemingly inevitable conclusion.

Three things:

1. Adam Schiff was censored by the House for lying about the facts in the first impeachment. Not Comer.
2. Comer and the liers referenced by you must be in a vast in conspiracy and even include Hunter, the FBI, God (because he created time and therefore a timeline of payments contemporary with the GOP’s lies), the New York Times, foreign governments and oligarchs (who paid money and sent diamonds, in your mind, I guess, for no reason), cell phone companies and internet providers, Air Force personnel who, at Joes direction , carted Hunter to the CCP agents, dozens of banks, various secretaries of U S states (corporate filings of shell companies), banks who reported 130+ suspicious activities, IRS and other federal whistle blowers, former business partners, whomever took the pictures with Joe, Hunter and co-conspirators (that Joe said never happened)… etc..
3. I’ll give you credit. You had me going there for a while that you actually believed in version two of Hillary’s vast right wing conspiracy. You quite obviously have way too much sense for that.
