Undocumented immigrants can vote in local elections where the local government passes legislation to allow it, they cannot vote in Federal elections.

So how does that work? Every ballot I’ve ever seen has every office listed, from President to dog catcher. Do they print separate allots for illegals listing only local offices? Confused

Well, apparently only 4 states and DC allow it. And I specifically stated I had never seen separate ballots. Of course I don’t live in those bastions of liberalism that allow it. And thank God for that! tu2

I'm guessing folks only eligible to vote in local elections receive ballots with only local races.

I would assume that in jurisdictions that allow it the poll book indicates what ballot you are eligible to vote on.
