wympleThe CBO says his big ugly bill will add at least 2.4 trillion to the deficit. So much winning
Last time he bragged about being the
"king of debt"...
https://www.politico.com/story...-king-of-debt-224642“How do you renegotiate the debt?” O’Donnell followed up.
“You go back and you say, hey guess what, the economy crashed,” Trump replied. “I’m going to give you back half.” This time...?

Scott KingIf we think back a little, remember just a bit, we had Trump as a POTUS once before. Trump was not fiscally conservative.
There was no reason for any American to believe Trump would be a fiscal conservative this time around.

you forgot the CRITICAL fact in your statement, as the CBO always puts this in "the next ten years" .. a lie by omission -- but, "close enough" right?

Then there's the Social Security Trust Fund, stuffed to the gills with government debt, much of which doesn't pay much interest and isn't worth face value on the market when we can buy debt paying 5%.
Not the best time to be selling it to make up the shortage of payroll tax money.

They have no choice but to cut benefits or pony up on IOUs in order to make up the shortfall. Tax cuts aren't even going to replace themselves through econonomic activity much less produce a surplus.
