He will never be the leader of the free world.

Granted he might be at the helm of the largest economy with the biggest military, but the rest of the free world will never respect a child in a mans body. They will just smile and nod politely ...and ignore him, just like they did last time.

And all the other world leaders are adults?
Hardly
Look at your Royals Nute, ridiculous soap opera nonsense
And your prime ministers?
Not so much adults either
Thing is, just because they reach political pinnacle doesn’t make them something special
Very good leader come maybe once in our lifetime, rest of them are power hungry idiots with childish behavior and yes, that applies pretty much to Trump and Biden equally
In US, Reagan and Clinton were damn good, after them it was kindergarten shit show and before them , last good one was probably Theodore Roosevelt

The royals are not world leaders, and Harry/Megan are not officially royals now anyway. Im somewhat bemused you could ever equate the behaviour of the late queen or Prince Phillip to trump. They are literally at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of integrity and behaviour to Trump.

I agree Boris was an embarrassment but again, he's not even in the same league to Trump, plus he got kicked out for lying and even his own colleagues were for giving him the boot for the same reason, and the electorate turned sharply against him. Trump lies virtually every time he opens his mouth ... yet his supporters give him a pass, over and over and over again.

I total agree politicians are often not outstanding examples of goof behaviour but you could take every dumb thing said by every western leader in the last 5 years and even added together they get no where near trumps output of moronic idiocy in a month.

You could take every immoral thing done by every western leader in the last 20 years and they still would come no where near trumps achievements in behaving as a compleatly worthless amoral human being.

The thing that's hard, but necessary, to grasp about MAGAts is they know what Trump is, they simply don't care. He provides them cover for all their latent racism, sexism, homophobia and general grievance against expertise they lack, and they love him for it while he lies to them and rips them off.

A lot of truth in that statement. Or stated a bit more simply, they are just angry (about life, about change, etc.) and he channels their anger. He's their proxy for all they believe is wrong in the world. They do not want a leader, they just want a mouthpiece.

I have always said, the Trumpeteers will not see his faults, will not hear his lies. He is their cult leader, and they will follow him blindly. They are Republicans only because that is Trump's stated affiliation. If he declared himself to be a Democrat tomorrow, his followers would be joining up.
The Democrats are a little different. They also don't see Biden's failing but that is because he is their Democrat choice. They have to see him (and his running mate) as being just fine. If Donald Trump declared as a Democrat and won the nomination, they would be all in for him, lies or not.
Partisan politics do a lot to take the critical thought out of the election process. The addition of a cult leader and his followers just takes it a bit further. There is no high ground here. Regards, Bill.

I don't know a single Democrat who would vote for a proven liar under indictment on 91 charges found liable for fraud and sexual assault.

You say that, but there is no evidence one way or the other. There is, however, plenty of evidence that blind partisanship can carry the day, regardless of the background of the candidate. Regards, Bill.

Democrats have almost universally condemned Sen. Menendez and called for his resignation for FAR fewer charges on much less serious matters.

This is spot on. The key word here is CULT. Until you understand how cults work you will never understand how people who support Trump work. It really does not matter if it is true or not, legal or not, moral or not, if the cult leader says or does something it is perfectly fine with the true believers in the cult. Logic and reason have no bearing, the only thing that matter is what the leader says. Period.
