Our host made this comment regarding Israel and territorial claims.

I have to challenge this:

Israel’s position is clear. Burn Hamas to the ground and set the ashes on fire.


“We don’t seek to govern Gaza, we don’t seek to occupy it. But we seek to give it and us a better future … and that requires defeating Hamas,” he said. “I’ve set goals, I didn’t set a timetable because it can take more time.”

Israel has fought 2 wars of annihilation at least twice against its Islamic Nation State Neighbors. Israel’s acquiring through these wars and incursions upon its security as a buffer zone against these neighbors.

Israel had not stepped one inch into Gaza in 20 plus years.

Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, and Syria have not lost large swaths of territory dunces Israel’s creation.


No, Israel is not “growing like a cancer.”

However, Islamic motivated violence has once again.

Agree. History tells the true story.
Israel has ceded all the territory that the Palestinians are living in. Yet, Hamas wants to fight as do Hezbollah and Iran. Yet no country that worships Allah will take any refugees... That is against the Koran... Go figure.

I agree w Israel holding a buffer zone they won in multiple wars that sought their annihilation.

There is no need for Israel to keep peace w Hamas and Hezbollah. Israel has tried. Israel had given up any claim and vacated Gaza for over 20 years. Despite Hamas being the ruling Party. Hamas, supported by Iran, has shown how Islamic religious nuts who control the state return this good faith by Israel.

We know how Israel was created. Guess what, it was promised in 1917, and the creation of Israel was a good thing. Israel has more than won its status as a nation state. Hamas and the states that support it have won their status as Islamic terrorist.

Hamas and Palestinian had and could have Gaza. They chose war on a barbaric scale. They made this choice because the extreme, mid evil reading of their Holly book teaches the Jews must be, at best subjected, at worst, exterminated.

That is the cancer from N Africa, to the Middle East, and up Asia Minor.

Somehow, sympathy and near support for these who bring destruction has spread into a segment of our culture.

Luckily, I see these people being rebuked by and large in the market place of ideas.
