Trump said he was going to a rally point for LE in DC, and give a speech.
No, his orangeness isn’t going to do a Shaq and go on patrol. He isn’t going to do a glorified photo op ride along. He’s going to support the guys on the line by giving them a speech.
I’m sure after the way LE was treated by the last administration that he will be well received, but I’m sure the officers would rather skip the couple of hours it will take and have more down time. Of course for most of them it’s more OT.
