Try this:

Donald Trump isn't known for his grasp of details, or even a basic understanding, on anything beyond how to manipulate his MAGA mob with hate-fueled soundbites — but he sure is good at bullshitting. As in the incredible answer he gave to a woman in Iowa today who asked him how he would "save our farmlands from the CO2 pipelines."

Rather than tell her he'd get back to her once he learned what a CO2 pipeline was, he gave her an all-purpose, one-size-fits-all answer on his "plan."

"Well you know we're working on that, and you know we had a plan to totally, uhhh, it's such a ridiculous situation, isn't it? But we had a plan, and we would have instituted that plan, and it was all ready," he mindlessly babbled, without a shred of substance. "That will be one of the easy things we do!" (See video below, posted by Republican Accountability.)

For someone as ignorant as the twice-indicted former reality game show host, he sure knows how to fool these folks.“

I fully grant your correctness regarding Trump.

Now, will you grant that the same is equally true of Biden factually?

Show me an example where Biden was asked a question, knew nothing about the subject, yet try bull shitting his way through, and I might agree.

You are being evasive.

Despite my utter dislike of Trump, I think he has a few more IQ points.

Come to think of it, is there anyone in American politics as stupid as Kamala? clap

Uhh - that's just your opinion.

Even if so, Biden's actual experience for the job makes a world of difference.

And besides that, say Trump is a stable genius Roll Eyes as he claims? Stable at what - lying, being narcissistic, being toxic? It's how one applies those IQs that counts.

Like I said, Biden could be comatose and be a better POTUS, for the country and world, than Trump.

Good lord, just about anything...you know, the thing...

The man is a plagiarizing, lying, hypocritical, etc.

Trump is more or less just a narcissistic man of no morals.

I ain't voting for Trump ever again. I would go and take back my votes for him if I could.

You are essentially doing what Lane is for Trump only for Biden. And you say what about Dr. E?

The man has no character, has used his office for personal (family) enrichment and so on. So he defends his family... so does Trump. (Like Trump, if they cross him, they go on his S list- like his granddaughter.)

Saeed is right. How we come up with such sorry specimens for our leadership is a condemnation of our society.

Biden is a substantial part of the problem that got us where we are today.

Biden and Harris, Clinton and Gore, "W" and Cheney, ......

Not to mention Pelosi, Schumer, Newsome, Blagovich, Reid, Cranston,.....

There's a really understandable if not good reason people like Schwarzenegger, Ventura and Trump get elected. Americans like me get sick of the career politicians like Pete Stark https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pete_Stark

and look for outside influence.

You never mentioned a single career politician from the GOP. Wonder why. Couldn't be that you're biased? And comparing criminality between trump and Biden is false equivalency. It's like comparing, on scale, a pick pocket to Bernie Madoff.

I thought "W" and Cheney were GOP.
What did I miss?

CRButler, it’s amazing to me that you describe Biden’s lack of character as similar to Trump’s. Your response was general. Give do
E specific examples. Again I don’t think you have them and your preference is to bray generalities.

Plagiarizing

Biden lying

Hypocrisy
https://news.yahoo.com/weidman...veals-100919817.html

The man has left a trail of idiocy and screw ups since he was elected to congress.

Heck even Obama said:

https://www.the-sun.com/news/1...den-bitter-tensions/

There is plenty of dirt out there about Biden and his past. The questionable showering allegations, etc. (which party was going on about the seriousness of the allegations required full investigation BTW?)

I never said Biden was worse than Trump. I said that you guys are complaining about the right supporting a slimy guy because the ends justify the means and character matters. My point being you are being hypocritical when you expect the republicans to worry about character over electability when you don't.

If character matters, while I can get you feeling anything is better than Trump, you can't find a more decent person than Joe Biden?

Biden was run solely because he was felt to be the best chance to beat Trump, not because he was a good man or had the best ideas. Same/same. DJT was run because he was felt to have the best chance to beat Hillary... turns out all the concerns had merit as applied to him, but it looks from my cheap seats that the same concerns apply to Biden, and he's proving them, even if not as spectacularly as Trump.

Trump is the P.T. Barnum of politics. A huge self-promoter. Trained in the 1960's-'70's "Always Be Selling" method. I believe he loves this country.

Biden is the guy at the county fair that sells "Sham-Wow". Total bullshit artist. He'd sell out his own mother for a buck.

Sounds like a guy I used to work for in Des Moines. He'd spew bullshit rather than admit he didn't know the answer to a question.

At least they're not spewing all of that CO2 into the air. Seems like they should have to follow road ditches and the like whenever possible and to avoid crossing private land or farmland unless there is no other option. They could also make the corners larger than the rest of the pipeline to keep them from slowing the flow. The Governor and Legislature allowing eminent domain priority over privater property in order to assuage other private interests is just bullshit. BTW the BAKKEN pipeline is just a few miles south of me.

Wow. So, Trump is not a BS artist?

And Trump loves this country?

I'll agree with the second claim. He loves this country because his con game is so effective here. That's what he's perfected, and he plays the system so very well. He cons everything, his base of true believers especially lately. He's gifted, but that doesn't mean he has morals or the ability to love anything but himself. His "love" is tied to exploitation rather than selflessness.

Will he save farmland from oil/gas pipelines? His history so far says maybe not...

I don't quite understand all that you say there, Scott. I think you are describing reactionary.

But I do think people like Stark give humanists a bad rap in the view of rightists. Parts of that Wikipedia article disgust me. IMO, there is no parallel in atheism and humanism, but others assert equivalence. There is a distinct difference. Atheists like to pretend that it isn't a belief system, like high ground or something. IMO, it just as much a belief as religion is, just the flip side. The existence of God can't be proven or disproven.

Humanism is agnostic re God.

I thought "W" and Cheney were GOP.

Neither was a career politician. That's reserved for the likes of Grassley and others.
