Like you, I have seen what the rural African lives like. Condoms aren't in the daily vernacular of the average rural African.
Truckers have unprotected sex daily on the road. The guys I have spent time with in hunting parties have normally 2-3 wives. 6-7 kids per wife. They don't see life through the same prism as Westerners or Europeans do.
Most Safaris involve some level of local travel. The trackers, skinners and game scouts are all out there looking for strange, everywhere we go.
Condom distribution is a joke. Looking at Doge savings as a negative seems like a loser to me.
I cannot think of one single American that thinks 45 million on promoting gay sex in South America is a wise use on our tax dollars. SMH
