We know due process rights have been extended bc those who challenged deportation were bailed in the matter bc we did not have enough Immigration ALJs to timely process the matter. Increasing ALJs to handle the caseload is something you Jtex have always opposed. We know due process rights have applied because at least 1950 the S. Ct Jax held it necessary. A necessity even this Majority consistently rebukes you upon.

I agree with what President Obama said to the protestors in the first video above that you did not watch. I agree not only with what he said, but how he handled the situation. He handled it as a statesman. One with responsibility to tell the truth, advocate for a true solution, but ultimately explain to his constituents why he must. The exact opposite of President Trump.

Strange, this "voluntary return" was mentioned in the "DHS reports us citizen" under age child, no father figure, illegal mother situation " where she HAND WROTE her wishes to be deported with the child. Yeah yeah "father has equal rights" .. wanna know why the father "appointed" a complete stranger to be his rep? "Dad" was on the lam, running from felony charges.
Mom wrote a voluntary return, requesting to keep her child rather than being stripped from her and given to a stanger....
