https://thepostmillennial.com/...t-graffiti-vandalism The Seattle Police Department has stated that officers can no longer enforce laws regarding property damage following a ruling from a federal judge. On Tuesday, US District Court Judge Marcha Pechman issued an injunction that the City of Seattle cannot enforce its anti-graffiti ban in response to a lawsuit by Derek Tucson, Robin Snyder, Monsieree de Castro, and Erik Moya-Delgado who were arrested in 2021 for writing “BLM,” and anti-cop expletives such as "F*ck the police" in chalk and charcoal on concrete walls that had been erected to protect SPD’s East Precinct from vandalism and rioters. The preliminary injunction from Pechman stated that the city’s existing property damage laws can violate a person’s First and Fourteenth Amendment rights and are “overly vague and overboard.” On Wednesday in response to the ruling, SPD released a statement that read, “…until further order of the Court, SPD cannot take action on damage to property under this law. This is not a matter within SPD or City discretion; we are bound by the court order as it is written.” A Bill Clinton nominee. No wonder all blue cities are shitholes!!!!

I live in a Denver, CO suburb. During the celebration of the Denver Nuggets' championship, two drug dealers, Ricardo Vasquez and Raoul Jones, whom both had prior felony weapons possession convictions, shot ten or eleven people in a crowd. Fortunately no one was killed. "an estimated 20 rounds were fired in the incident, potentially from multiple weapons. According to Police Commander Matt Clark, five handguns were recovered from the scene and the suspects, though it is unclear if all five had been involved in the shooting, as well as a "significant quantity" of fentanyl pills and an undisclosed amount of cash." Both were apprehended and guess what? Bond for each set at $10K Ten FUCKING thousand dollars bond??!! Today, BOTH are walking free. Very likely walking free to Mexico or maybe Chicago where they know nobody will be looking for them... THIS is why Blue cities are absolute SHIT HOLES!

I live in a burb of Dallas. Actually the city of Dallas has had a democratic mayor for quite some time. I would say that the current mayor (Black Gentleman) is the best mayor we have had since can remember. Actually pretty moderate. Strongly supports the city police department and Fire department. Out past mayor was a dem. white guy that was worthless. The current police chief is by far the best Dallas has had in about a decade. My understanding is the rank and file like him. A positive. EZ

The number of homeless people counted on streets and in shelters around the U.S. has broadly risen this year, according to a Wall Street Journal review of data from around the nation. The Journal reviewed data from 150 entities that count homeless people in areas ranging from cities to entire states. More than 100 places reported increases in early 2023 counts compared with 2022, and collectively, their numbers indicate the U.S. might see a sharper climb than in recent years. Most major urban areas reporting data so far have seen increases, including Chicago, Miami, Boston and Phoenix. https://www.wsj.com/articles/h...-u-s-cities-fd59bc7b www.whenimbecilesvote.com
