Nuts.

I know we have a lot of "diversity" here but is there anybody that thinks this is a good idea?

“They're 97% against ‒ they give me only bad publicity or press," Trump claimed in a Sept. 18 gaggle with reporters aboard Air Force One as he flew back to the United States from the United Kingdom. "I mean, they’re getting a license. I would think maybe their license should be taken away. It will be up to Brendan Carr.”

The networks & major media outlets had better start showing some balls before it's too late.

The guy is not understanding it.

The government can’t compel “fair treatment” of public figures.

This is a problem that he thinks he can force it.

Jeez. This, while the FCC is taking away ham radio spectrum for commercial interests.
The 11/26 elections can't come soon enough.

When you elect and empower someone like Trump expect rules to be put aside to personal power.

News agencies should get out of the business of having an opinion and get back to a Joe Friday approach — just the facts.

Some news agencies do spend 97% of their time bashing Trump.

Why not just lay out what he did/said for the day and leave it at that…NO opinion…let people think for themselves. Yeah I know, stupid idea…people thinking for themselves and all! 2020

And where do you get the power to decide what opinion a private entity can broadcast.

Opinion? Like, the hacks from Twitter you post.

I dimly remember typing this in the forum, long ago.

"Don't give Bush powers that you wouldn't want Hillary to use."

Substitute Trump for Bush, and maybe Kamala or AOC for Hillary.

Be damned careful what you wish for...

Exactly.

The right has been on the receiving end of the stick in the past.

Unfortunately, Trump in his prepolitical days was someone who got mostly positive press. He thinks he still deserves it.
