The Uk Like most peaceful nations, that dont want war, has let its armed services degrade to a minimum capability. Here you are blaming Zelinsky when the truth is Putin has caused all this and the end result will be that countries like the Uk, Germany etc are going to tool up militarily to protect themselves.
