Reported that classified docs were found with Pence.

I think all of these politicians need a FBLie raid.

Maybe so, but that doesn't let trump off the hook for his willful and intentional theft of Government property. Plus he obstructed Government attempts to recover them. Yet you trump apologists fail to see the difference, always trying to pass it off as no big deal.

What is there to apologize about here? They ALL do it. LOTS of people and presidents long before Trump did too. This was made to be about Trump in order to satisfy you crazy liberals but it has backfired, as usual. Presidents can declassify, the rest can't. Grow up.

Goofy Joe had his top secret documents since he was a senator. How long ago was that?

You're just trying to downplay trump's involvement. There is no proof that anything that he has/had was declassified and even if it was, the documents still weren't his to have and to hold. You need to GROW UP!

It certainly establishes a precedent for how documents were handled in DC.

Try telling that to a cop sometime.

Trump should go to prison. Biden should probably be impeached. Don't know about Pence yet.

Precedent isn't a defense to breaking the law.

My oldest younger brother is an aerospace engineer and a top expert in his field. He makes a very nice living giving seminars to other aero-engineers. At various times in the past, he's had classified clearance to work on projects for somebody. He couldn't say who he was working for or what he was working on.

He told me the other day that if he'd mishandled classified documents the way our "leaders" have done, he'd have been prosecuted and probably sent to prison. The law should apply equally to the rich and powerful. Prosecute or impeach them.

Of course they should be prosecuted/impeached, but the precedent was set when they failed to hold Hillary accountable. Nothing will happen to the elites…

Check evidence, and prosecute them if something is serious enough. Doesn`t matter if they are D or R. Just apply the same law to everyone, maybe politicians would stop doing all the stupid shit they do!

My point with precedent is not to condone but to reveal the hypocrisy of the staged drama Garland orchestrated with his FBI/SWAT team raid on a home already cleared by the Secret Service.

In other words, Garland went out of his way to stage his own dramatic episode of CSI - Palm Beach on a premise pre-cleared by Secret Service. Why??? Revenge and disparagement — at the tax payer’s expense. The FBI pre-coordinated with the SS. The FBI could have sent an archives truck with and investigator team warrant in hand and quietly conducted its retrieval and investigation.

It is still unclear to me under to me that Trump actually broke the law with his possession. A President is allowed to possess and establish classification. Maybe he did…maybe he didn’t…looks like a good question for a court to decide.

However, in regards to Biden, the ones found from time as a Senator were illegal to remove from premise. Thus, the act of translocating them was a violation in itself. When you “take” something…intent is much easier to prove.

How easy we forget.

The documents were first requested then subpoenaed from Trump.

As to the Garlsnd staged event, do you think he knew that Biden and Pence had classified documents at the of the raid?

And you see little or no difference between Trump’s conduct towards the documents and Biden and pences’?

My gawd, man. Get a grip. Your reality is completely warped by viewing the world through “I hate Democrat lens.”

You do this on every issue: Be it Covid or classified documents. There is an explanation for such bizzaro views greater than just I like Republican policies.

It remains unclear to me yet…that the exPresident did not have the authority to possess and that civil means were exhausted. Many way more famous legal minds than you agree. This makes the extraordinary means taken abhorrent.

In regards to Biden…100% for sure.

Actually, I see Trump’s case as more defendable than Biden’s. Biden is now shown to be a serial horder of decades going back to a time (Senator) where mere removal is crime.

My gawd, man. Get a grip. Your reality is completely warped by viewing the world through “I hate Democrat lens.”

Seriously man…I am beginning wonder the same (hate Republicans at all costs) about you.

You do this on every issue: Be it Covid or classified documents. There is an explanation for such bizzaro views greater than just I like Republican policies.

In hindsight…besides COVID burning out early which I was wrong about and admitted many times…name one other thing I was wrong about? You were a total nut-case over COVID and exemplified every trait of a Democrat that makes me fight against them as a whole at all costs. You have bought in hook-line-and sinker to so many false narratives…it is hard to remember them all.

Unfortunately, Trump made it too easy for them to do so.

Maybe, just maybe, they will go after all of them for it and set a clear standard.

Because the current standard is awful.

Thank God (and McConnell and Grassly and Trump) that the sorry SOB is not sitting on the SCOTUS.
