I cannot get The NY Times story to link.

This creates a commerce clause analysis if Congress were to pass a law mandating access to this pill.

Very interesting given Justice Thomas in writing hates current S. Ct. commerce clause analysis the frame work of which is over 40 years old.

Is the “abortion pill” different than the morning after pill.

I thought that the morning after pill has been available for decades??

Was it not protected before?

Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt.

Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry
Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure.

My grandmother is very pro life, but when my 1st Cousin got herself pregnant again (3rd time), my Grandmother broke the HWY 25 speed record getting her to the pill.

Do you really think a Republican House is going to pass a law mandating access to an abortion pill?

Yes, I do believe the Senate will try.

There is only a 5 vote majority in the House and No Filibuster.

O also think Congress should.

Excellent idea! Make this widely available to the public.
What could possibly go wrong...

Even now, 5% of all ER visits are for uterine bleeding.
That's one in every twenty folks.
Abortifacients in the hands of anyone absent the observation of a clinician is a recipe for disaster.
