I cannot get The NY Times story to link. This creates a commerce clause analysis if Congress were to pass a law mandating access to this pill. Very interesting given Justice Thomas in writing hates current S. Ct. commerce clause analysis the frame work of which is over 40 years old. | ||

Is the “abortion pill” different than the morning after pill. I thought that the morning after pill has been available for decades?? Was it not protected before?
