DHHS has a new gender policy compelling speech of federal government employees. Stunning is what it is. Non compliant employees face being fired if they don’t play make believe. Just wow.

Most recent S. Ct., holding does call the policy into question. The distinction between a service or good provider in private business to a federal employee may carry the day.

The High Court shall decide.
