Seems like frequently.
But it hasn't stuck it seems. We need to make it stick.

A failed state 700 miles from our border and in the middle of Drug Cartel land is a threat to our security.

The mistake the U.S. seems determined to make over and over is taking down a government (which we are world-class at) without a plan for replacing it.

Remember Ahmed Chalabi?
