I should not have filled out the on line census. I am very suspicious about the number of questions about whether I have gas appliances, whether I own my house or rent, my retirement income, and my race. The Biden administration believes that whites are oppressors, have benefited from oppressing minorities, and the Census questions appear to be data collecting to support this agenda. The Green agenda is to eliminate gas appliances, so the Feds may be on the way to disconnect my gas heater, one way or another. Perhaps passing laws to prevent natural gas distribution to residential areas. The census wanted to know about my internet connections and whether I had a computer, tablet, cell phone, something that only privileged people have. They wanted my water and sewer costs for the last year. I assume they want to cut off my water, sewer, and gas, so I can live in hardship as white male oppressors should. It was spooky that I was given only two gender identity choices, as we all know there are at least 81 https://helpfulprofessor.com/types-of-genders-list/. I think the Government knows too much about me already and I really should not have self identified and answered any of their questions. I recall reading that in the Scandinavian countries (Norway for sure) that everyone was required to fill out new citizen forms when the Nazi’s took over. Those that self identified as Jews were later picked up and sent to extermination camps. Since I learned that, I have really started to have regrets about any information, especially race and gender, that the Government has collected about me. If only I had known, the first Government forms I filled out, I would have picked any race other than white. At that time I could have self identified as an American Indian, such as Elizabeth Warren did, and my life would have been better. Afterwards, American Indians became resentful about all the whities who relabeled themselves as Indian, and there are Tribal Enrollment processes. Boomers might remember Sacheen Littlefeather declining Marlin Brando’s Oscar in 1973. Sacheen Littlefeather made a paying career in Native American activism, though as it turns out, her father was Hispanic and her Mother white. Smart girl.

You do know that many States have sold, or are selling, all the information you give them for Driver's Licenses? Texas made $450 million till it stopped the practice in 2021. Of course, once given out, your personnel information is out. And any mess that is created by false identities, etc, you have to fix yourself, on your own dime. And given that the Chinese stole all the clearance data of all Federal Employees, from all years, to that date. (and are still in the system) I don't trust Government to protect personnel information. Clearance forms require every bit of information on you, from parents, houses, dates of employment, where you lived, etc. It is a medium length biography of your life, so it would be very easy to create a fake identity from that data. And then, to be reading what is an obvious ideological data collection, one just has to wonder what the Feds plan to do with that data. Yes, beam me up before it goes down twisted.

Many folks think a single layer is enough to protect them from the Jewish Space Lasers, but I'm convinced it takes three layers to truly be safe... "If you’re innocent why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”- Donald Trump

While I think some folks are a bit overly sensitive about government collection of data, I have to admit that I really don’t agree with the census collection of a lot of extraneous data for a census, which is supposed to be a count of the population for purposes of determining legislative representation.

Well said. I agree. I often leave the answers to those questions blank. What really gripes me is when the government or some business wants to know my income and investment amounts.

Actually, it's "supposed" to gather the data specified by relevant Federal Law, duly passed by Congress and signed by the President, specifically Title 13 of the U.S. Code. It's not what some nosey bureaucrats in Washington decided to ask about over beers after work. If you dislike it take it up with your Congressman or Senator. I'm sure many of us at this point have nothing left to hide. I have a CDL, a Coast Guard license, and I've purchased 5 suppressors. I have a passport, I have background checks for employment, random drug screening and I buy most everything with a credit card in order to accrue frequent flyer miles. I use my real name on the Internet. I have the location setting ony phone turned on I think the government knows where I am, what I do, what I buy and my opinion on any subject they'd be interested in. I doubt they need a census, were pretty easy to track and catalog.

Still required by the Constitution, like the Electoral College. "If you’re innocent why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”- Donald Trump
