Failure to do so by the end of the month potentially subjects you to felony criminal charges with a fine up to $250,000 and 10 years in prison.

The good news is that the 5th Circuit US Court of Appeals has enjoined the BATF from enforcing the SBR wrist brace registration currently required by May 31.

The bad news is that the order apparently only applies to the plaintiffs in the case.

I'm having a harder time feeling a whole lot of sympathy or loyalty to all the AR variants and modifications.

For today's gun enthusiast these things are toys, trinkets gee gaws. These things are like baseball cards, Barbie dolls and porcelain collectibles. Except for if a spoiled brat hits me over the head with a barbie it'll just lump my head. Seems like the spoiled brat getting their hand on a subsonic, suppressed, drum magazine.338 pistol has real downsides.

I don’t want an AR pistol.

Mine is my local deer gun... since pistols are OK, but rifles are not, and I have no desire to spend several thousand dollars to get an XP100.
