Sadly, as long as they can make a life in the US they will continue to risk life and limb to get into the US. A wall won’t matter and nor will whatever else you build.

If they cannot access banking, employment, education and healthcare then there will be no reason for them to come.

Sorry, I wasn’t referring to those that commit crimes in the US specifically, it was more a general comment on the motives for immigration.
