White man harasses Black man at the gas station for playing his music too loud, accusing Black people of being “problems in this country”

I hate it when inconsiderate people play their music too loud in public. They're assaulting others' right to be left alone, just to say, "Look at me!"

The racial comment was way out of line though, and he was lucky not to wind up in a fight over it.

I just turn on the 2-K AMP, slip in a CD, and put in my earplugs.
no comment is necessary after that.

I think its rude as hell, I don't care what the assholes race is!

It's also obnoxious to hear all those black smoke belching, loud exhaust diesel pickups that white people seem to think they have every right to push in the public's face. Not much difference to me.

Well, I do agree with you.

But, who made everything racial in our modern society?

BLACKS!

This is why I choose to live in the country and be my own boss. I dont have to put up with the inconsiderateness of others and i dont have to put up with nasty ignorant individuals either. I have the luxury of either being able to walk away or not allow them near me to start with.

No interest in disagreeing with a random stranger.
Go with God and immna grab a gear or three and get out of there.

I ignore with little thought given…carry on with life

I take it as part of being in a town/city. It's why I will never live there.

No surprises so far.

Although it's annoying, I just ignore such stunts at gas stations. I'm pretty sure they do it to intentionally annoy. So, I don't even give then a glance in their direction as satisfaction.

I live on a country road which is paved. There is very little traffic after 10 pm or so. For a few weeks about midnight or 1 am someone would drive by with those boomers going full blast. You know - the woofers that rattle the whole car. By the time I could get up was too late to ID the car. Sometimes they stopped somewhere nearby. I could never tell which direction. The rhythm of those boomers was everywhere including the house reverberated.

It was like a bad dream. I made sure the doors were locked, and my tools loaded. I checked to see whenever the dogs barked at anything.

I never did ID the source. Lately they must be taking a different route or their boomers busted.
