Ok, take everything from the billionaires and give it to them… sorry, doesn’t even cover 10% of the bill.

Slavery was bad. Racist policies were bad. Discrimination is bad.

Handing an obscene amount of money to people who were not directly involved isn’t going to solve anything… except restart resentment on the part of everyone paying the bill.

there might be 10% of the population that may be eligible for a payment but somehow 40% of it will 'receive' one.

I recall a few years back on the Dave Chappell show the skit he did on the black communities getting their reparation checks. There was a long line around the block from the liquor store where they were waiting to cash their checks, + then you saw a dude driving a box van full of Kool cigarettes, + another with a load of scotch. The fact that he was black himself made it possible to poke fun at this stupid issue.
