I clearly remember being a young man and believing I should insert myself in life and death decisions like wounded or sick wildlife.

I was pheasant hunting in Washington state with my uncle and found a very sick and immobile whitetail doe. I wanted to, "end it's suffering" and asked my uncle if he thought that would be ok. He agreed, I think now with reservations, and I killed he doe with my shotgun. I now wish I hadn't.

I think that doe was a part of the land I didn't need to and shouldn't have fooled with. Maybe she would have recovered, maybe she would have died, maybe she would have been killed by scavengers or predators, regardless, the doe didn't need me, I should have forced myself on her.

The losing Lawyers firm should pay all costs for both parties. Cut some of this frivolous lawsuits shit that costs people money to defend.
