Trump’s Administrative Agencies are not going to enjoy anybody deference guiding and restraining the courts who will adjudicate Trump’s Administrative agenda.

This means judges hands are untied.

It would be nice if Chevron and Skidmore were still good law, if you believe in Trump’s Administrative agenda/policies.
