It's going to be hard to jump over Harris (insert joke here) as she IS the presumed heir to the office. That, and there is something like $300M in the coffer which can only go to Harris.

Like I said, I wouldn't really know, but I think if Harris takes over it'll be a blowout in Trump's favor. I can imagine Harris helping to lose legislative seats too.
