It's not hard to make a gaffe when speaking in public, but usually the speaker has enough wit to catch it and correct themself. Not her though.

Reducing population in some places wouldn't be a bad thing IMO. Give me a home where the buffalo roam and I'll show you a house full of buffalo shit.

Another thing that Roland and I agreed on. I would add that any time she speaks, it seems like one long gaffe. But I do wonder what I the hell is going on. Why do they continue to place her in these positions to make such a fool out of herself? Why not hide he away and prance her out as needed, but keep her away from the microphone? And these speeches can’t possibly be written for her, are they? I can’t imagine speech writers coming up with her babbling, rambling style(The Passage of Time was a perfect example). It’s like listening to a kid try to give an oral book report on a book they haven’t read. The conspiracy theorist in me wonders… Jason "You're not hard-core, unless you live hard-core." _______________________ Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt. Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure. -Jason Brown
