I could never believe MT had Tester to begin with.

A good day for America. patriot

Burns was a total prick despite being Republican and in consequent elections, nobody was half way decent to beat Tester and in in defense of Tester, he was not bad.
Ultimately Biden cost him his seat besides being there for three terms made people tired of him as Mt is solid conservative state

I have met Tester a number of times and he is a good guy. He really did care about Montana, Montana people and veterans. He tried to do what was right for everyone, unfortunately sometimes the politics of Washington got in the way of that. I will be sad to see him go, however, now it is time to see what our new senator Sheehy will do for Montana. Let's hope he does well and does not go down some dark rabbit hole that so many politions do.

The comments of MT in support of Tester show what a hack and far off Dr. Easter is.

The problem with Tester, like all democrats, is they support the Democratic agenda. He was just a vote against policy I like and a vote for policy I dislike. Good riddance.

If people would ever learn to get off the good ole boy wagon and review voting records… 2020

Dr. Easter. I do know Senator Testers record and know of a lot of stuff that does not make the news. There has not been a better senator for veterans than Tester. He was the person who got a new veterans home funded in MT, He kept the VA medical center open for veterans when the republicans wanted to shut it down, He was instrumental in passing the law that allowed benefits for veterans that had medical issues related to agent orange exposure that the republicans did not want to give them. Go look at his record on voting for veterans.
He saved numerous programs for unprivileged people that the republicans wanted to do away with like job corps, Indian alliance etc. there are also many examples where he has stepped in and saved people, farmers, ranchers etc. from EPA and other government overreach.

Yes there were times that he voted the party line on stuff. I dare you to tell me that the republicans did not do the same thing.

So spare me your republican elitest CRAP about Tester. If a republican senator did half as much for his people and veterans as Tester he would be a GREAT senator. Like I have said in other posts your hatred of Democrats really makes your posts suspect and it is real hard to take you seriously anymore. You just cannot grasp the fact that there are good and bad politicians at the national level in both parties.

Republicans do push the conservative agenda…you are correct. But the Democratic Party has become the party of total nuts…even to the point Manchin had to leave while he was ahead. Tester is on record of supporting this nonsense. Just like PDS stated in the OP…it is a great day he is gone.

Now 2 things:

1) As for me being and elitist, nobody came from more humble beginnings than I and despite my success has stayed closer to those roots.

2) Show me a Republican that has been bad for veteran’s issues. There is a reason why most veterans are solid conservative votes.

I hate no person but the Democratic Platform is anti American.

Agree but then he went full bore and into a war against soldier, veteran who put his life on line in war and that is where he simply buried himself despite him bragging how he always helped veterans…simply, he turned and became slimy with those adds
They were willfull and malicious and stupid desperate attempt
I could go on and on and on but enough said
Smart man would have stepped aside after three terms
Go to Big Sandy, nobody liked him there

That is Rich, Sheeny did the same thing to Tester. The ads were bad on both sides. You need to separate political ads during an election from day to day stuff. I find it hilarious that each side claim the other side lied in all their ads when both sides did the same thing. It the pot calling the kettle black!

Tester didn’t do anything that helped me as a Montana resident . Will see what Sheehy gets done . Tester was a swamp monster and lost his way Washington has that effect on people.

I would think conservatives would not want their Senator sending home pork or picking winners or losers. Thus, the critique my senator did nothing for me is not a conservative position.

In that respect you are correct Tester has not done anything to help me personally, however, I do know a LOT of veterans who he has helped personally. I do not know what senators from other states have done for their veterans but you will be hard pressed to find one that helped more than tester.

I just think is shows political bias if you think that Tester was a bad senator for Montana and my hope is that Sheeny will do as well as Tester did.

You are bad for America.

Here we all stand.

Trump and the GOP will animate the 3 percent that swung the election, and in 2 years we will rest.

What will be your excuse when they do not pass border/immigration law this time? I guess they will be too busy.
