Trump almost gets shot in the head last week. Biden abdicates this week.

The next few months are going to be interesting.

All brought about by voter stupidity.

Years of brainwashing.

Nothing matters but the PARTY!

Nothing left in liofe without politics.

Even sick media is on it too.

Of course, PACs demanding bribes right in public, and freely allowed, does this!

I go fishing for the day and everyone goes nuts!

R, there's nothing electable about Harris. If you think this California prosecutor is viable, see the current Alameda County prosecutor as an example of her peers. 2020

Somebody in the DNC is going to have to decide to be an adult and choose a candidate that ain't named Kamala Harris.

I'm still waiting for someone to offer some reason, aside from the typical Republican sexism, to dislike her enough not to vote against Trump.

So how was the fishing? Are the kings running in the Nushagak?

Trout and char for the day. On a whim or out of desperation I grabbed some bigger Dali Llamas and tied them on and started catching bigger Rainbows. Olive and white. I didn't see it coming.

I don't want to talk about the Kings, it makes me cranky.

The objection to Harris isn't sexism, it's a dearth of success and accomplishment, what has she done and achieved? I think nothing. Has been elected? So has MTG. Has advanced? Do has Hillary. A known and celebrated name? So goes Wendy Williams.

As has Gavin Newsome,.... Harris has advanced thru the ranks of California politics and unless you can convince me otherwise my answer is no, one thousand times no.

She is anti-fossil fuel.
She is anti gun (vehemently)
She is anti hunting
She is a puppet of the far-left agenda
She is pro big government (which means high taxes and much regulation and MUCH spending)
She is pro open borders (she is currently the border czar 2020 )
She has probably never set foot on a ranch or a farm or even in “fly-over” country.

Basically…everything important to me…she is against. How is that?

Who isn't anti-fossil fuel, except those making big money off it? She's not a climate science denier.

Who isn't anti-gun in the wrong hands?

An extremist could say that hunting regs or conservation, or wildlife sanctuaries, making no fish zones, and so forth are anti-hunting.

She's center-left, but hopefully the far-left will support her or someone who is not far left. Unlike the GOP who has gone far right extreme.

It's gonna take a lot of govt spending to achieve and support project 2025, involving lots of trickle-down mandates from the elites to the numerous shock troops, the deep state swamp population. Christofascism will be expensive to administer.

Well, at least should Trump get elected, he has a decent blueprint for starters in the bipartisan border bill he nixed for political gain.

I have never heard of Trump setting foot on dirt, much less a ranch or farm, and he goes to fly-over states only to campaign, and then complains how the cities there are trash. Project 2025 has a section on farms and it hurts the small tract farmer and helps the mega/maga farmers.

How is a DEI POTUS and admin going to hurt you, and the country, BTW? Per dems, DEI is diversity, equity, inclusion. Per repugs, DEI is division, exclusion, inequity.

I hope that before Biden leaves office the does some things like Obama did regarding environmental legacy:

15 Things Obama Has Done for the Environment
Updated June 5, 2017

Plus, Kamala Harris' term(s) in office, for the environment, will be basically the flip side of what Trump and GOPers will do to the environment

I view the developments of the last 24 hours as all positive. It throws a serious wrench in the gears of the 2024 election . . . an election that was headed in the direction of an abysmal choice between an immoral, lying narcissist felon and a doddering old fool. Now there is at least some hope a more appealing option will emerge (or a less disgusting option depending on your point of view). Only time will tell but the fact that the train has derailed and has to be put back on the tracks is good news as far as I am concerned.

I don't get the sex accusations against Harris. Was she caught in some sex scandal?

Did she cheat on her spouse? If she did, why not overlook it as personal behavior, as you do for Trump?

Because she's a woman maybe?

That is pure horseshit.

Call the woman a whore because you disagree with her politics while at the same time supporting a man who is a serial philanderer, Jeffry Epstein's best buddy and has been held civilly liable for sexual assault. You are some piece of work.
