"mostly trespassing".

So are these guys, (on either side,) being promoted by the political party's based on value to America and their constituents or simply to further the party's agenda?

Clearly some idiots always had an intent to do more than “peacefully and patriotically protest “. They have been and will continue to be prosecuted.

But the questions still remain (and the FBI refuses to answer):
How many paid operatives and agents did the government have in the crowd?
What were their instructions? The FBI Inspector General admitted they were in the crowd).
Did any operatives or agents offer encouragement for the breach.
Subject to the Brady motions, has a trial judge reviewed the answers to the above and ruled upon it?
What pending investigation, if any, could be compromised by giving honest answers to the inquiries of Congress and defense attorneys.

Until we know the above, to which the American people have a right to my simple mind, the whole Jan6th prosecution has an abiding odor.

JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous.

Which Members of Congress conducted tours in the Capitol when it was closed to regular tours, and why?

Why was the Capitol Police tactical equipment locked away in a room nobody on duty had access to?

Was MTG questioned as to why she was Tweeting out the Speaker's location and movements while the Capitol was under attack?

Who disabled several Democratic Members' "panic buttons" in their offices.

I see you've been listening to some rightwing broadcaster's conspiracy theories again.

The FBI hardly ever releases the information you seem so suspicious about. I assume they don't want to show the bad guys of various other investigations how they operate. I don't blame them.

You Trump supporters just can't help yourselves, can you? Just because you don't like something does not mean it's the result of a conspiracy to victimize you.

I think the judge has a remnant of a conscience and he's struggling with it.

Yet, he seeks the salve of some far right alt reality source for affirmation of his skew.

I hope he sorts it out, but hope is evidence of things not seen.

Real conservatives aren't radicalized. Thus "radicalized conservative" is an oxymoron. Yet there are many radicalized republicans.

Per my far-right friend: "reality sucks"

D.J. Trump aka Trumpism's Founding Farter, aka Farter Martyr. Qualifications: flatulence - mental, oral and anal.

It is patently not true and being promulgated by the Speaker of the House, THAT'S why we are compelled to talk about it.

Republicans at all levels have become blatant, bald-faced liars and should be called out for it.
