ME, Back to the police officer/s being killed at or even dying “in connection with” the capitol riot on J6. It has been thoroughly proven that officer Sicknick’s death was of natural causes unrelated to any trauma from the riot and as likely as not to have occurred with or without the riot. The family has even made such a statement. The suicides the days following…who knows. Veterinarians are leading committers…don’t understand that either. I will say: If you are a police officer and J6 made you commit suicide…you were in the wrong profession. I have friends who are deputy sheriffs and even in my more isolated location…the human atrocities that they deal with regularly make J6 events look like child play. I choose to believe the various factual based articles and reports that do not agree with your whitewash revisionist version. I provided some examples of reliable sources with links to the bipartisan report therein. PTS. post-traumatic stress, is a well-known and documented condition, with severe consequences often. You know that. I don't have any friends currently who are or were police officers. But over the years in my career I have known several and I worked with them closely enough to form an opinion. Yes, many have witnessed human atrocities. Some have crossed the line themselves. Some of the older officers I have known, say 15-20 years of service, are really fucked up in the head. I don't know if they started that way, which attracted them to the job, or if the condition developed. It's a high-stress job. It's like flying a plane, mostly calm and routine, then moments of fighting panic. I suspect, an educated guess, that the officers at the capital sought such job mostly because of expected calm and routine. It's a reasonable expectation that the Capital is sort of a safe haven, especially from fellow Americans. So, your last sentence, "even significantly injured" is just not true, at best, or an intentional lie. I am not going to argue the suicide aspect as it is a complicated equation. I sit on a committee investigating it in veterinarians. As to Sicknick. Sorry Lane, but ME isn’t lying. Yes, he’s cherry picking his preferred sources. Yes, that coroner was making inferences that are questionable. If you want to say that coroner was lying or being political, that’s an argument, but ME isn’t an expert and it’s reasonable for him to appeal to authority to support his belief (that he’s admitting is a faith like conclusion that he looks for supporting evidence…) Misdiagnosed concussion causes suicide? News to me, and I’m in that field. Frankly, the short interval between the 1/6 riots and these suicides is actually the best point to be made that the 1/6 event was not causative. PTSD suicides tend to occur considerable time after the event- after continued problems processing an event. These officers had preexisting issues- may be PTSD from other events, or undiagnosed depression. Veterinarians and physicians have access to fatal medications and the knowledge of how to use them and what is required to facilitate a painless death… thus the higher suicide numbers. Why they choose to do so is a different topic. To the lefties, that there was no deaths is not a statement that the behavior was appropriate. It wasn’t. However, the vast majority of the crowd was not rioting or doing anything illegal. More violent acts were passed off as “peaceful protest.” The protesting of a peaceful change of power is wrong, but instead of going off on the violence, it would be better to figure out why it was protested and see if there could be a way to prevent it from happening again. | |||

In answering or responding to Lane I sorted through several sources to find some that may be suitable to Lane, not just suitable to me. I even conceded in part, not because of Lane's claim but because of facts as best I could find. Anyway, as to the quote above: We already figured out why that specific event happened. Trump lied and they believed him. It's that simple. As to why they were so easy to set up, and Trump lies so much - I can speculate, from evidence, but that's about all.
